What we collect
When you submit a quote request or a "list your band" form, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, event details, and, for band submissions, your band's contact and business details. We do not collect payment or financial information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Quote requests are forwarded to the relevant mariachi band(s) so they can follow up with you directly, and to us so we can monitor lead quality. Band listing submissions are used to create or update a public directory listing after review.
Retention
We retain lead and submission records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the directory and respond to inquiries, and delete or anonymize records on request (see below).
Your California privacy rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. See our Do Not Sell My Info page to submit a request, or email techjits.com@gmail.com.
